The Digital Telecom Internet Exchange (DTEL-IX) is a carrier-neutral Internet Exchange Point (IXP) based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Established in 2009, DTEL-IX has grown rapidly, connecting operators from Ukraine and several other countries, including Moldova, Poland, the Netherlands, the UK, USA, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary, and Germany.
