DTEL-IX - Digital Telecom Internet Exchange

The Digital Telecom Internet Exchange (DTEL-IX) is a carrier-neutral Internet Exchange Point (IXP) based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Established in 2009, DTEL-IX has grown rapidly, connecting operators from Ukraine and several other countries, including Moldova, Poland, the Netherlands, the UK, USA, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary, and Germany.

DTEL-IX offers public peering with route servers, private peering, and colocation services. It provides a reliable and independent connection point for traffic exchange, allowing access to numerous autonomous systems on the shortest path. The exchange supports ports of 10Gbps, 40Gbps, and 100Gbps, and is known for its robust infrastructure and professional support.
