The Cape Town Internet Exchange (CINX) is a neutral facility that allows operators to connect and exchange traffic (peer) in Cape Town, South Africa. Established to improve local connectivity and network redundancy, CINX operates across multiple data centers, including Teraco in Rondebosch and Hetzner in Samrand.

Managed by INX-ZA, an autonomous division of the Internet Service Providers’ Association (ISPA) of South Africa, CINX aims to enhance the efficiency of Internet traffic routing within the region, reducing latency and improving overall network performance.
