The Cambodian Network Exchange (CNX) is an open and neutral Internet Exchange established in 2008. It aims to enhance the internet environment for local IP traffic in Cambodia by facilitating efficient traffic exchange, reducing latency, and ensuring sustainable performance for bandwidth-intensive services. CNX is a member of the Asia Pacific Internet Exchange Association (APIX) and actively supports the Cambodian Network Operators Group (KHNOG). The exchange is independently operated, maintained through member fees, and donations of equipment and personnel from Sabay Digital.
