BrestIX - Brest Internet eXchange Point

BrestIX is the Internet Exchange Point (IXP) node in Brest, managed by the BrestIX association. It is open to all network operators with an open peering policy. Members interconnected on the Brest IXP can improve their internet speed quality and lower their internet bandwidth costs. The IXP contributes to the development of Very High-Speed Broadband in Brest and its region.

BrestIX also functions as a Network Access Point (NAP), serving as a marketplace for selling and buying internet transit and various IP services. It is open to all players who wish to connect, including operators, ISPs, service companies, key accounts, and local authorities.
