Beirut-IX - Beirut Internet Exchange

Beirut-IX is Lebanon's first Internet Exchange Point (IXP), established in December 2007. It serves as a neutral and open platform where service providers and content providers can connect and peer with each other. This exchange aims to stimulate economic growth, prosperity, and stability for Lebanon by facilitating local traffic exchange among participants. The Beirut-IX is co-located at Berytech and has been supported by organizations such as Cisco Systems, the Partnership for Lebanon, Packet Clearing House, and the Professional Computer Association.
