Barcelona-IX - Barcelona Internet Exchange Point

Barcelona-IX is an Internet Exchange Point (IXP) operated by iFog GmbH, located within the bitNAP Barcelona Datacenter. It aims to enhance peering in the region by offering an open and neutral platform for network interconnections. Barcelona-IX provides free 1GbE and 10GbE ports to its members, with options for faster port speeds available upon request. The IXP supports both IPv4 and IPv6, ensuring high-speed, reliable connectivity for its participants. By facilitating direct network interconnections, Barcelona-IX improves network performance and reduces latency for its members.
