AIXP - Arusha Internet eXchange Point

The Arusha Internet Exchange (AIXP) is a project initiated by the Tanzania Internet Service Providers Association (TISPA). It serves as an Internet Exchange Point (IXP) for Arusha City, Tanzania. The project was initially funded by the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) and is maintained by dedicated volunteers. The AIXP aims to improve internet connectivity and efficiency by allowing local internet service providers to exchange traffic directly, reducing latency and improving overall internet performance in the region.
