Inside each datacenter, several operations areas can be found:
* Carrier room: dedicated to the housing of carriers’ transmission devices and to L1/L2 interconnections between carriers, by means of dedicated cabling infrastructures (meet-me area)
* Housing area: dedicated to the housing of carriers’ PoPs
* Namex room: dedicated to the exchange point and to the housing of members’ L3 devices.
Namex provides full 24x7x365 operational support, by means of its NOC service.
