Echelon DUB10

Echelon's DUB10 facility is located in Clondalkin, Dublin, and is designed to provide over 90 megawatts of IT load. The data center spans a gross footprint of 90,000 square meters (969,000 square feet), with each building covering 20,000 square meters (215,000 square feet) and accommodating a 30 MW IT load. The site features an energy center with a generation capacity of 120 MW and includes a 110kV grid substation.

Situated on a 35-acre site along the M50 motorway, the DUB10 facility benefits from an exceptional location, less than 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. The campus is positioned near major data center developments, such as Grange Castle, Profile Park, and Park West, making it a strategic hub for data-centric enterprises. The first building on the campus is scheduled to be energized in Q4 2023.

Construction is currently in progress, ensuring that the DUB10 facility will soon offer robust and scalable data center solutions in one of Dublin's key industrial areas.
