Princeton Digital BT1

Princeton Digital BT1, located in the thriving Nongsa Digital Park, stands as a testament to the region's commitment to digital economy. Designated as a Special Economic Zone by the Indonesian Government in June 2021, this data center benefits from strategic positioning approximately 20 km south of Singapore, on the North-Eastern tip of Batam. The facility spans a substantial land area of 61,063 m², promising ample space for technological expansion and innovation.

The infrastructure of Princeton Digital BT1 is meticulously planned to accommodate significant power and space needs. With a design PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) of less than 1.35, it exemplifies efficiency in energy usage. The campus is set to house four buildings, each capable of delivering up to 24 MW of power capacity, ensuring that the data center can support high-density computing requirements.

Scheduled for Phase 1 completion in 2024, the data center aims to provide a colocation space of 149,400 m² and a total power capacity of 96 MW. This carrier-neutral facility is poised to become a cornerstone of PDG’s Southeast Asia strategy, enabling seamless infrastructure expansion from Singapore to scalable data center campuses in Batam.
