Lumina CloudInfra, supported by Blackstone's Real Estate and Tactical Opportunities funds, has initiated the construction of a state-of-the-art hyperscale data center campus in Navi Mumbai's Airoli area. This ambitious project, spanning 6.3 acres, is set to deliver over 60MW of capacity across two phases, with the first phase expected to be operational by 2025.

The investment firm has announced plans for a total of 600MW of data center developments across India, with a significant financial commitment of over $300 million dedicated to the Navi Mumbai campus. This development is a part of Blackstone's broader strategy to establish data centers in five Indian cities by 2030.

Lumina CloudInfra's engagement with leading tech giants such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Oracle underscores its pivotal role in supporting India's digital infrastructure.
