The Hiranandani Group is planning to develop a massive hyperscale data center campus in Uttarpara, Kolkata, West Bengal. This ambitious project will span 100 acres and feature six individual data center buildings with a combined IT load capacity of 250MW. The initiative represents a significant investment of ₹8,500 crore ($1.1 billion) and is set to position West Bengal as a key hub for digital infrastructure.

Strategically located, the campus aims to serve not only the state but also the entire eastern region of India and neighboring countries. The development will include a logistics park, created in collaboration with Greenbase, a joint venture between Hiranandani and Blackstone Group. This project underscores the Hiranandani Group's commitment to advancing India's data center capabilities and supporting the growing demand for cloud computing and digital services.
