Power & Power backup
High level of redundancy on the power front makes us a self-sustained power generation Unit. The First Power backup comes from redundant HSD Fuel Based Generator Set. They generate power for all the commercial activities taking place over the location. Generator units are built on a redundant circuit for usage with load sharing to generate electricity 24x7x365. Current power UPS systems are built on two units from UPS in a redundant loop to run for full load 4 hour mode in case of a failure of the primary backup system. They provide clean conditioned power to the racks.

Atmospheric Conditioning
The Data Center Facility is built with special units in which we use the automated Systems in pair built on a full redundancy loop. The average temperature maintained in the Data Center is 19 degrees. The environment is controlled for atmospheric composition and is based on bottom up airflow systems. The Data Center Facility is isolated from the main facility's air conditioning system. This system is hence utilized purely as a backup option in case of a failure in the main system.

Fire Suppression & Protection System
The entire facility around the data center is also equipped with a fire detection and smoke alarm system (including latest VESD but not limited) to alert the facilities administration group in case of fire hazards, before this can affect the data center.

Network and Internet Connectivity
We have direct peering with all the major carriers (Internet Service Providers) in India. This gives fastest connectivity to your customers to connect with your servers.

Location/Connectivity
Our facilities are at a distance of 10 minutes' drive from airport of Jaipur. Clients are welcome to visit datacenter to access (FTP/ update/ Backup/ SMTP) the data they have placed with us. This ensures lesser wastage of time and bandwidth in accessing the co-located data.
For international visitors our datacenter can be reach from Delhi international airport in 3´ hours' time.

Physical Protection System
The entire premises is monitored through Video Based Closed Circuit TV system for 24X7 Security Surveillance. General level security personnel are available on 24 hour basis at all the entry and exit points into the premises with any non-employee entrance restricted to only primary entry point. Physical entry of any visitor or non-employee beyond the Lobby is permitted only with authorized employee presence at all times within the facility to build in additional level of security. Physical access to the Main Data Center facility is protected through a Biometric Finger-Print Scan facility with an added access card based authentication system.

Staffing & Customer Relationship
Trained technical staff will be on hand on a 24/7 basis if required, allowing you access to your servers at all times. Our clients are also provided with 24 hours x 7 days x 365 days Customer Care Center to cater to their diverse needs.
