CtrlS Datacenters is set to establish a cutting-edge data center campus in the Chandanvelly Industrial Park near Hyderabad, India. This ambitious project spans 40 acres and aims to deliver an impressive IT capacity of over 600MW upon full development. The first phase has already secured 250MW of sanctioned power capacity, with plans for a dedicated Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) expandable to 900MW.

The campus will feature multiple high-density, interconnected data centers, incorporating advanced cooling technologies such as free air-cooling, direct liquid cooling, and immersion cooling. Solar module facades will enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. CtrlS emphasizes its commitment to Hyderabad's digital ecosystem, supported by the Telangana government's strong backing for the ICT sector.

This development marks CtrlS's fourth facility in Telangana, complementing its existing data centers in Hyderabad and other major Indian cities. It underscores the region's growing prominence as a hub for data center investments.
