The Onix facility was certified Tier "4" by the Uptime institute in October 2021.

a. A Tier 4 data centre is an enterprise class data centre tier which is the highest level for a data centre tier. In a Tier 4 Data Centre, redundancy is applied across the entire data centre computing and non-computing infrastructure.
b. Tier 4 systems have 2N + 1 functionality, which means that they have two times the amount of required backup, when maintenance or planned or unplanned disruptions occur.
c. The facility offers stable, reliable, and uninterrupted service with an annual expected uptime of 99.995%.
