Nexspace Heidelberg Data Center

NexSpace has launched its first data center in the Heidelberg Innovation Park (HIP), Germany, marking a significant milestone in sustainable digital infrastructure. This three-story facility offers 2MW of IT load across 4,000 square meters, with plans to expand to 8,000 square meters in the future. It boasts a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.25 and is connected to the local district heating network, reflecting its commitment to energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Developed in collaboration with the Heidelberg municipal utilities and completed by the Data Center Group, this innovative project sets new standards in sustainable cooling solutions. The data center strengthens Heidelberg's position as a hub for IT, AI, and digital innovation, providing modern infrastructure for startups, research institutions, and businesses in the region. This initiative underscores NexSpace's dedication to fostering technological advancement while prioritizing sustainability.
