Yondr Group

Yondr Group has launched the first 20MW phase of its data center campus in Bischofsheim, just south of Frankfurt, Germany. This facility is part of a larger project that will ultimately provide 40MW of IT capacity upon full completion. Designed to meet the German Energy Efficiency Act (EnEfG), the data center incorporates renewable energy for 50% of its electricity consumption, with plans to transition to 100% renewable energy by 2027. 

The campus features sustainable design elements, including a solar photovoltaic installation, a green wall, and electric vehicle charging stations. These innovations align with Yondr's commitment to sustainability and operational efficiency. Strategically located in Frankfurt, a key hub in the FLAP market, the facility is poised to support the growing demand for data center capacity in Germany's financial and technological capital. This development underscores Yondr's dedication to delivering cutting-edge, environmentally responsible digital infrastructure.
