A new data center is planned in Erkrath, Germany, within the Unterfeldhaus commercial area on Heinrich-Hertz-Straße. The site, previously occupied by Möbel Flamme, is set to be transformed into a modern data center. This aligns with Germany's new Energy Efficient Act, which mandates that data centers operational from July 2026 must reuse at least 10% of their waste heat.
