Colt Technology Services

Colt Villebon Data Center is a planned facility located in Villebon-sur-Yvette, Essonne, France, within the Courtaboeuf business park. The site spans 23,700 m² and will feature a main building with 11,600 m² dedicated to data halls and office spaces. Additional infrastructure includes a substation, parking areas, and retention basins for water management.

The data center is designed to operate with 120 MW of power, supported by 27 backup generators and 12 underground fuel tanks for 48-hour autonomy. Cooling systems will include 59 installations using refrigerants to maintain optimal temperatures for IT equipment.

Environmental considerations are integral to the project, with measures to manage energy consumption, emissions, and waste heat recovery. The facility aligns with Colt's commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
