FreeTel's DataCentrum offers a strategic location in the left-bank part of Prague, housed on the ground floor of the ShiranTower administrative building in Prague's Vokovice. Operational since July 1, 2012, the data center boasts two halls with a total area of 215m², providing a capacity of nearly 70 racks.

The facility ensures optimal temperature control through a segregated cold and hot aisle layout, with cooling units equipped with FreeCooling technology to minimize environmental impact. The racks are installed over a double floor with a load capacity of 850 kg/m², featuring individual measurement of dual AC power branches for each rack, along with the option for an additional DC branch (48V).

Connectivity is secured by 'dark fiber' via two distinct paths, converging at Sitel in NFX1 and NFX2, currently equipped with 1+1 10Gbit SFP+ modules. Security measures include a biometric access system, continuous on-site security, and a comprehensive camera surveillance system. The data center's safety is further enhanced by lockable racks and an on-site transformer station providing power through two independent modular UPS systems in an N+1 configuration. In case of power outages, a 350kVA diesel generator ensures uninterrupted operation, with contractual 24/7 refueling arrangements.
