HR-ZOO ZG1

The HR-ZOO ZG1 data center, located at the University of Zagreb's University Computing Centre (SRCE), represents a significant advancement in the university's ICT capabilities. With a gross area of 359 m², it boasts a designed power capacity of 350 kW, supported by an installed capacity of 2x400 kVA diesel generators and an output power capacity of 2x160 kVA from UPS systems. The cooling capacity is maintained at 2x100 kW, ensuring optimal operating conditions for the housed equipment.

This data center is part of the HR-ZOO project's network of five data centers, which are strategically positioned to provide high availability of ICT equipment and digital services. The HR-ZOO ZG1 adheres to stringent technical and security standards, featuring state-of-the-art technical systems for uninterrupted power supply, environmental monitoring, fire detection and suppression, as well as access control and video surveillance systems.
