HR-ZOO OS

The HR-ZOO OS data center, located at the J. J. Strossmayer University of Osijek campus, is a modern facility designed to support advanced computing needs. It boasts a gross area of 411 m², with a designed power capacity of 125 kW. The data center is equipped with a diesel generator capable of 220 kVA and an uninterruptible power supply system of 100 kVA, ensuring continuous operation. The cooling capacity stands at 100 kW, maintaining optimal environmental conditions for the high-tech equipment housed within.

This data center is part of the HR-ZOO project, which aims to establish a network of five data centers across Croatia, providing reliable and secure ICT services that meet technical and security standards. The HR-ZOO OS data center is integral to this network, offering state-of-the-art infrastructure that includes security and environment monitoring systems, fire alarm and suppression systems, as well as access control and video surveillance.
