Princeton Digital LF1, located in the Langfang Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, represents a strategic and innovative advancement in data center services. With a land area of 51,564m² and a gross floor area of 92,261m², this facility is designed to support the growing demands of hyperscalers and enterprise customers. The data center boasts a design PUE of ≤1.3, ensuring energy efficiency, and an IT load capacity of 66 MW, ready for service in Q4 2022.

The LF1 data center stands out for its reliable electricity supply and the presence of major telecommunications providers, positioning it as a key player in the digital economy of Beijing's periphery. The facility benefits from its proximity to Beijing city and Beijing Daxing International Airport, enhancing its accessibility and connectivity. This location is not only a national industrial innovation demonstration base but also a significant data center cluster within the region.
