Certified as a Tier III Uptime Institute Data Centre, it offers redundant power, cooling, and power generation systems, ensuring operational continuity for all hosted IT infrastructure. The building is hardened, with no direct access through windows or doors, and resides in a geologically stable environment, minimizing the risk of natural disasters.

Environmental controls within the data centre adhere to ASHRAE 2011 Environmental Class A1 guidelines, maintaining optimal conditions for equipment operation. The facility boasts an advanced two-stage fire suppression system and a robust air conditioning setup, providing more than the required ventilation and cooling.
