MIDI plc

Solutions and Infrastructure Services Ltd, SIS, was a joint venture between Siemens and MIDI plc that was established to provide operation and maintenance of advanced telecommunications and electronic data transmission as well as safety and security systems, exclusively employing Siemens advanced technology.

In December 2022, MIDI plc announced that it would merge with Solutions and Infrastructure Services Limited (SIS) during the 2023 financial year as part of a corporate restructuring exercise. 

MIDI plc is a property development company in Malta that develops, sells, and manages real estate projects. The company was founded in 1992 by Albert Mizzi after the Government of Malta issued an international call for tenders to redevelop Tigné Point and Manoel Island. MIDI plc operates through two segments: Development and Sale of Property, and Property Rental and Management.
