RICTA

RICTA, the Rwanda Internet Community and Technology Alliance, is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to representing the interests of the Rwandan internet community. Established in 2005, RICTA manages the .RW country code top-level domain and the Rwanda Internet Exchange Point (RINEX). The organization plays a pivotal role in promoting internet usage in Rwanda, supporting local content localization, and enhancing the digital growth of the country. RICTA also organizes technical training sessions, such as the Rwanda Network Operators Group (RWNOG), to build the expertise of local engineers.
