Park Ten Data Center has 5,500sf raised floor with 3,000sf expansion area surrounded by hurricane-rated walls tier III design, formerly used for high performance computing. Dedicated electrical service into Data Center.
• 480 volt, 3,000 amp, 3-phase into three sub-systems
• System A - 1000kW diesel generator feeding 4x 225kW MGE UPS with 120/208, 3-phase output
• System B - 750kW diesel generator feeding 2x 225kW MGE UPS (one with 120/208, 3-phase output and one with 277/480, 3-phase output)
• System C - 750kW diesel generator feeding 1x 225kW MGE UPS with 120/208, 3-phase output
• Individual fuel storage for each generator with fuel contract for backup tank truck
• 3x 150 ton (total of 450 tons) chillers running lead-lag
• 15 CRAC units throughout facility to support high-density power requirements
• Served by major Houston area fiber optic backbone with diverse and redundant routes and entries
