NEO CENTER EST is hosted and located in the Alace/Lorraine region. The sites operated were selected for their neutrality and profesionalism. NEO CENTER EST provides its customers with 600*1000 bays powered by 2*16 Ampere. The main services available are :

- Site with 24x7 security - thanks to video monitoring
- Integral redundancy of the ondulated electrical infrastructure and backep up by a generator
- Climate redundancy with an average temperature ranging between 20 and 23°C
- Vesda - FM200 or Inergen anti-fire security
- Sites connected on the Neo Center Est optical loops and all our worldwide connectivity services on interfaces between 10 Mbps and 10 Gbps, as well as towards peering points
- First level remote hand service 24hours/day and 7days/week ( server reboot, tape change, etc)
- Neutral sites hosting multiple independant operators
- Sites hosting French IP traffic exchange points
