MSTelcom is a subsidiary of Sonangol Group, the Angolan national oil company. MSTelcom provides a range of Telecommunications, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Datacenter services for the oil industry, financial institutions, government, corporate as well for residential customers. Its shortname derives from the company full name in portuguese "Mercury Serviços de Telecomunicações".
