The Malawi Internet Service Providers' Association (MISPA) is an independent and voluntary association dedicated to representing the interests of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Malawi. MISPA provides a non-profit forum where ISPs can address common issues and engage with industry stakeholders to ensure that end-users receive world-class service and industry participants earn a fair return on their investments.
MISPA's goals include influencing policy formulation and regulation related to the Internet industry, developing industry standards and guidelines, promoting key Internet infrastructure in Malawi, and providing educational opportunities to enhance technical and policy understanding of the Internet. The association also coordinates efforts with other Internet-related organizations and represents the interests of its members in relevant bodies.
