The Internet Service Provider Association Democratic Republic of Congo (ISPA-DRC) is a non-governmental organization under Congolese law. It was established by Internet operators who aim to contribute their knowledge and experience to the development of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in the Democratic Republic of Congo. ISPA-DRC's mission is to increase labor productivity through the mastery and popularization of computer tools, ultimately fostering the socio-economic development of the country.
ISPA-DRC plays a crucial role in defending the interests of companies that provide Internet services and promoting new Internet services. Currently, its members account for more than 85% of the total number of Internet connections in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The association's activities span the entire country and address various issues, including telecommunications regulatory aspects, legal aspects of the profession, and technical aspects. Additionally, ISPA-DRC manages specific issues and exceptional projects in the field of the Internet.
