The Internet Service Providers’ Association (ISPA) is a South African non-profit company and recognized Internet industry representative body. Founded in 1996, ISPA serves as an active industry body, facilitating exchanges between independent Internet service providers, ICASA, and other government structures, operators, and service providers in South Africa. ISPA is committed to promoting the interests of its members and ensuring the growth and development of the Internet industry in the country.

INX-ZA, a division of ISPA, operates community-run Internet exchange points in Johannesburg (JINX), Cape Town (CINX), Durban (DINX), and Nelson Mandela Bay (NMBINX). These exchanges provide a neutral facility for operators to connect and exchange traffic (peer) within South Africa, improving local connectivity and network performance. INX-ZA's initiatives are integral to ISPA's mission of enhancing Internet infrastructure and fostering collaboration among network operators in the region.
