Humber Tech Park

Humber Tech Park is poised to become one of Europe's largest data centers, representing a significant technological advancement for North Lincolnshire. With plans approved, this £3 billion investment is set to create nearly 400 high-paying jobs, averaging around £50,000 annually for operational staff.

The development will be constructed on land near the A180 south of South Killingholme, aiming to attract high-tech businesses and bolster the local economy. The project not only promises job creation but also includes community infrastructure investments and initiatives to enhance local biodiversity through landscaping and tree planting.
