Our first Data Center opened in Cairo in 2007. In June 2012, our next 3,000 m2 Tier IV designed DC in Mumbai was launched. A second 3,000 m2 fully redundant Tier4 DC in Cairo was opened and fully operational in 2015. In addition to our Mumbai 1 facility, our Mumbai 2 facility opened in February 2019 offering a further 16MW to the Mumbai metro. These edge hubs allow telecommunications providers (Telcos), Internet Service Providers (ISPs), OTT's, CDN's, and other internet businesses along with enterprise clients to colocate their servers and network equipment supporting their regional business requirements and create disaster recovery infrastructure supporting mission-critical business needs.
