The Company provides triple play services: cable TV (Divan TV), anytime internet access for residents (Dom.ru) and organizations, IP and fixed-line telephony GorSVYAZ. In each city the Company’s core activities are based on an Urban Universal Telecom Network, which employs FTTH technology.

Today ER-Telecom operates in the residential and corporate markets of 22 Russian cities: Perm, Samara, Volgograd, Volzhsky, Penza, Kirov, Ioshkar-Ola, Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Tyumen, Izhevsk, Orenburg, Chelyabinsk, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov, Barnaul, Lipetsk, Krasnoyarsk, and Voronezh.

According to IKS research (dated March 18, 2010), ER-Telecom plays the role of a competition driver in many Russian cities topping the list of internet penetration, as the Company is present in 13 out of the 20 leading cities, being the number one in 9 of them. In these cities ER-Telecom occupies the largest total shares of internet market (27%). According to AC&M, the Company is the Russian leader in terms of internet connections following the results of Q4, 2009. The operator’s revenues in 2009 totaled RUB 4,672 mn, up more than 60% to 2008.
