EPIX is a telecommunications wholesaler operated by e-Południe, an association founded in 2009. It is maintained by Polish Small and Medium ISPs under not-for-profit regulations. EPIX operates the largest Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) in Poland, with over 3.5Tbps of traffic and more than 850 users. Their IXPs are located in Warsaw, Katowice, and Poznan, offering connectivity at speeds ranging from 1Gbps to 400Gbps.
EPIX provides a range of services, including peering with other users, private VLAN access, and remote access to other IXPs. They also offer IP services like PolMix and GlobalMix, which provide access to various Polish and global IXPs. Additionally, EPIX facilitates direct access to Tier1/2 transit carrier services and major Polish IPTV solution integrators.
