Citra Internet Exchange (CitraIX) is a not-for-profit Internet Exchange (IX) based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Launched in early 2020, CitraIX facilitates the efficient exchange of internet traffic among major ISPs, content and social media providers, cloud providers, video streaming services, educational institutions, and government entities. By promoting direct peering, CitraIX enhances network performance, reduces costs, and improves overall system robustness. The platform is committed to maintaining local traffic, ensuring secure network operations, and fostering commercial opportunities among its members.
