ARTCI

The Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications/TIC de Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI) is the regulatory authority for telecommunications and information and communication technologies (ICT) in Côte d'Ivoire. Established by Ordinance No. 2012-293 on March 21, 2012, ARTCI is responsible for ensuring fair competition, protecting consumer rights, and promoting the development of telecommunications and ICT services in the country. The organization oversees the implementation of regulations, monitors compliance, and works to foster innovation and investment in the sector. ARTCI's headquarters is located in Abidjan, Marcory Anoumanbo.
