ITC-SERVICIOS Data Center is part of a two tower complex, over 26000 square foot private area.

The whole building is controlled 24x7x365 from a physically separated security office by specialized security guards, CCTV monitoring and recording and security door systems with finger print and card readers and numeric panels.

The access is only available with the proper authorization, and must pass throw the 20 foot suspended man trap. After that, you will be escorted by our personnel all the time.

A common work area is available. This area provides to our clients all the facilities of an office.

DATA CENTER SPECIFICATIONS

All the building is Type II-FR resistant meeting NFPA-75 requirements and resists winds on FM I-120 standard.

Collocation area is located in a secure raised floor data center environment with underfloor cooling and overhead cable trays. We offer cabinets, cages and custom high security private suite configurations. There are two independent operations center rooms, directly accessible to computer room.

The roof-ceiling is suspended with clean room tiles.

The parking area is completely separated from the Data Center main building.

The testing room is separated from the DC and full equipped.

All the doors are fire resistant, and all of them have panic bar, two different exit paths.

The shipping and receiving area is also secured area and any cargo must accomplish the security procedures.

There are two precision air control system.

The electrical installation is dual feed by two sub-stations, both with the 100% capacity. All the installation is protected with a grounded system.

The generators are in a separated building installed and have contract with two stations gas.

The UPS is N+1 redundancy system and there is a second available UPS. There are two EPO buttons.

The fire combat system is composed by an early laser warning smoke detection system, sprinklers strategically distributed inside the whole Data Center, using a gaseous suppression system with a clean agent (ecaro-25) listed in NFPA 2001 standard.
