The Customer rents a specific colocation space in one of Proximus's  data centers and, in so doing, benefits from a series of extra facilities and services at a set monthly price. These extras allow the Customer to maximize the operating time and integrity of his equipment and, by extension, the applications for both internal and external use, the Internet and presence. They include the following:
?	access to the facility 24 hours a day, seven days a week
?	manned building security
?	fire detection and gas extinguishing installation
?	redundant and autonomous power supply
?	redundant heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
?	network connectivity (optional).
