A1 Next Generation Data Center

The A1 Next Generation Data Center, a state-of-the-art facility in Floridsdorf, Vienna, represents a significant advancement in digital infrastructure. Built in partnership with IBM, this data center spans 13,000 square meters and was constructed in a swift 17 months. It boasts four server rooms with 2,550 square meters of white space, designed to meet the highest standards of data security and operational reliability.

Reflecting Austria's commitment to digitalization, the A1 Next Generation Data Center is a cornerstone of the country's digital strategy. The €40 million project underscores the collaboration between A1 Telekom Austria AG and IBM, which dates back to 2010, focusing on managed services and cloud computing.
