NexSpace has expanded its presence in the DACH region with the acquisition of a state-of-the-art data center in Graz, Austria. Originally developed by COOLtec Systems, this facility spans 1,120 square meters and offers a power capacity of 3.6MW, making it one of the most energy-efficient data centers in Europe with a PUE of 1.15. The center features advanced cooling technologies, including water-cooled systems and climate cabinets with indirect free cooling, ensuring high operational reliability and sustainability.

This acquisition aligns with NexSpace's commitment to providing secure, scalable, and environmentally responsible colocation services. The Graz data center strengthens NexSpace's ability to meet the growing demand for digital infrastructure in under-served areas, while also supporting the region's economic and technological development.
