The Geraldton Data Centre is the first commercial data centre in regional Western Australia and will provide a safe and reliable facility for smart business management as well as a host of other beneficial services. The Geraldton Data Centre is a purpose built tier 3/4 data centre which is modular in design and will enable scalability. The modular design will allow the Geraldton Data Centre to expand in 20 rack modules with the over-all architecture for power UPS and networks catered for in the initial design. The Data Centre comprises of multiple para-feeds and two different power sources, with Generator set backup as well as UPS.The Geraldton Data Centre will be a manned facility with client access and the highest levels of security.
The Geraldton Data Centre offerings include Co Location ,Cloud – Virtualisation, tiered storage, naked and managed blades, Online data backups ,Disaster recovery solutions ,Business Continuity.
Data duplication and replication. Cloud & IT consultancy ,Internet, point-to-point and multi-point network connectivity (NextGen, AAPT, Telstra, Optus etc etc) .Totally managed solutions end-to-end (Public, Private and Hybrid) and Virtual desktop services and applications (Within 18 months).
