Background:
Polaris is in the Brisbane Suburb of Springfeild which is ~25KM away from the Brisbane CBD, The site went live in 2008 however the full builing wasn't finished. 5 Story building with each floor having 2300 square meters of rackspace, however only two floors are open to the public the other floors were taken by the project partners.

Easy to access from the Ipswich motoway and plenty of security and parking on site.

Details:
Yier class 4, No listing of power, But there is high Voltage power cables underground in the area. Raised flooring is used.
